How do I order?
Online: Simply choose the products which you want from the Bump Magic Shop and add them to your shopping cart. You can carry on browsing our site and add other items to your order, until you are ready to pay. Our payment process is hosted on a secure server, so your payment and personal details are safe. We will send you confirmation of your order and dispatch by email.
How do I pay?
Our payment method is serviced by Paypal but you do not need a Paypal account to make payment to us. If you already have a Paypal account, our system will recognise the fact and invite you to pay through your Paypal account automatically. If you do not have a Paypal account, our system will permit you to pay with your usual debit card or credit card or, if you wish, open a Paypal account. The Paypal payment system accepts all major credit and debit cards.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
We do not currently stock gift vouchers, but will do so in the future. Meanwhile, if you wish to let somebody choose their gift of choice but charge your account, we can arrange that for you. Please contact shop@bumpmagic.co.uk for more details.
Do you gift wrap?
All orders are carefully wrapped in Bump Magic “house colours” tissue paper and completed with Bump Magic branded ribbons. We remove all prices from products before wrapping. The wrapped products are then placed in plain boxes for packing and shipping. We are delighted to send any item as a gift at no extra charge. Simply let us know your message and we will hand write it onto a Bump Magic gift card.
What are your delivery terms?
We aim to deliver from stock. If any product which you have ordered is not available from stock and there is likely to be a delay we will always do our best to give you an accurate estimated delivery date for your order.
For all orders we dispatch next working day when orders are received by 5pm the day before.
For mainland UK we use Royal Mail first class service which aims to deliver within 1-2 working days from dispatch. If you require an expedited service, at an extra charge we will use Royal Mail special delivery which guarantees next working day delivery (following dispatch) together with a track and trace facility.
For Europe & Ireland we use Royal Mail standard Airmail service which aims to deliver within 3-5 working days from dispatch. We are unable to offer an expedited delivery service for European destinations.
For USA & Canada we use Royal Mail standard Airmail service which aims to deliver within 3-5 working days from dispatch. We are unable to offer an expedited delivery service for these destinations.
We welcome orders from the rest of the world too, but please contact us before placing your order so that we can advise of applicable delivery times and P&P costs.

Do you accept returns?
We are happy to exchange or refund any item of your order if you are not entirely satisfied. Please contact shop@bumpmagic.co.uk to advise of your return and we will provide you with a returns code which you must include with your returned goods. Items must be unworn, undamaged and returned in the original packaging. Please ensure that you return the item for exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt. We will not refund postage costs. You are responsible for the goods until they are returned to our office, and so we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.
How to Return or Exchange
- Please return your purchase to us unworn and in the original condition you received it from us, with all the tags intact. If the item is for an exchange please do not include the gift box and we would suggest reusing the jiffy bag as wrapping.
- Please contact shop@bumpmagic.co.uk to advise of your return and we will provide you with a returns code which you must include with your returned goods. Please also advise of the reason you are returning it, and what you would like in exchange or refund. Please include a copy of your receipt.
- We would strongly recommend that all exchanges and returns are sent to us by Recorded Delivery as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
- Goods are returned to Bump Magic at your own expense however we will send your exchange back out to you by Recorded Delivery at no extra charge.
- You will receive your refund credit exchange order (when in stock) within 7 working days of us receiving the goods. We endeavour to process this as quickly as possible.
- Please note that we are unable to refund an item without a receipt and that the refund will only be given to the original payer.
